Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PILKI. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, high-volume periods, holidays, pre-order periods, or due to inventory availability.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, PILKI primarily ships within the United States.

If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at brandpilki@gmail.com before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method, order destination, product weight, package size, and available carrier options.

From time to time, PILKI may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping. Any shipping promotion will be shown at checkout or on the product page when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

PILKI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. PILKI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PILKI is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We also recommend checking with neighbors, building management, mail rooms, front desks, or other secure delivery areas.

If you still need assistance, you may contact us at brandpilki@gmail.com and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at brandpilki@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, and any visible damage.

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Please keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as the shipping carrier may require inspection.

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

If a product is sold as a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping date will be provided on the product page or during checkout when available.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders and backordered items are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing, customs, supply chain, carrier, or inventory delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Installation-Related Shipping Notes

PILKI Air Pro is a built-in professional nail dust collector. Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, cutout requirements, installation requirements, and table compatibility before installation.

Shipping and delivery do not include installation, tabletop cutting, electrical setup, table modification, or removal of any existing equipment.

International Shipping

International shipping may not be available at this time.

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by the destination country.

PILKI is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, or international shipping carriers.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at brandpilki@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
