Thank you for shopping with PILKI. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and complete with all included parts, accessories, filters, templates, screws, manuals, and packaging materials.
PILKI Air Pro is a built-in professional nail dust collector. Because installation requires a tabletop cutout and product handling, we cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, scratched, altered, or returned with missing parts.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been installed or used
Products that have been damaged after delivery
Products with missing parts, accessories, filters, templates, screws, manuals, or packaging
Products that have been modified or altered
Replacement filters, dust sheets, or other consumable items once opened
Final sale, clearance, or special-order items, if marked as such at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at brandpilki@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, full name, reason for the return, and photos of the product and packaging.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send the product back without receiving return authorization from us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item, wrong item, or shipping damage confirmed by PILKI.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. PILKI is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund if the returned item is used, installed, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, or not returned in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at brandpilki@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Installation Responsibility
PILKI Air Pro requires built-in installation into a manicure table or work surface. Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions, cutout requirements, table compatibility, and installation conditions before installation.
PILKI is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect tabletop cutting, misuse, unauthorized modification, or installation by an unqualified person.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
